Self-Advocacy means speaking up for what you need and taking a stand for what really matters to you... in your work, family and community. Self-advocates also listen for what matters to those around them too with the understanding that wellbeing is fundamentally inter-connected. So how do we advocate for ourselves and include others wellbeing at the same time? That's what this self-advocacy webinar will begin to explore.

For a whole host of reasons we might have developed habits in our communication to censor, defend and shy away from true self-advocacy...this initial session will invite reflection and conversation to deepen your appreciation of the power you have to affect change in life-serving ways.

Learning self-advocacy is a journey of deepening friendship, trust and authenticity with yourself and your community... and you will be amazed how your world flourishes as your practice grows.

This Self-Advocacy Essentials session is a monthly conversation starter to contribute to our collective understanding of the value of becoming advocates for wellbeing in our own lives and for those around us.
