About the class

The Rest + Renew class offers a gentle introduction to conscious rest, providing a space where you can be who you truly are, without apology, guilt, or shame. We've created a nurturing and safe environment for you to rest and connect with yourself and your feelings. With calm, peaceful instructions guiding you through each session, you'll experience the simplest form of self-care: a soothing and calming process designed to gently guide you towards a state of tranquility.

During each class, you will be encouraged to get comfortable, expand your awareness of your body, your breath and honour the gentle nudges that lead you towards your own unique expression of rest. The core element of the class is allowing your personal experience of all parts of you, your body, mind, heart and in an atmosphere of safety and comfort. There are no "have to's" or "shoulds" – you are welcome to attend the class with your video and microphone off until you're ready to share. If you never feel ready, that's perfectly okay.

No special skills or movement abilities are necessary to join us. This class is suitable for everyone who longs for rest and renewal. We meet online via Zoom every Sunday at 9am (AEST) for our Autumn Series.
