Studying Clinical Myotherapy, working rehab coach and Burlesque Performer and fulltime movement teacher, Juniper draws upon her knowledge and experience with teaching movement, coaching 1:1’s and workshops with over 10 years experience. Dedicating her adult life studying and training in anatomy, physiology, Pilates and Yoga.Juniper will share her passion in nervous system regulation, movement anatomy, injury management and prevention, in relation to movers, dancers or athletes.
To optimise performance but also to simply look after and honor YOUR body. Whether it is long shifts in the strip club or s*x work, training lyra or pole, dancing and performing Burlesque, she will have you covered. How to save your knees, condition your hips, strengthen your spine, massage and work your feet and maybe take home a nugget or two of anatomical knowledge that applies to your own body and movement. Juniper is qualified to give advice and work with those in acute phases of injury. She has strip club experience and will tailor the workshop to explore the effects of long shifts in shoes, knee impact and lower back pain.

What students are required to bring/wear:
- Yoga mat
- a trigger point ball (lacrosse ball)
- blocks and yoga straps
- Towel or blanket
