Have you been feeling under the pump lately? Pouring most of your energy into work, or others around you? Maybe you have some free time, but it's filled with doom scrolling instead of self-care.
It's time to slow down and pour into yourself- Join us for a Self-care journey that incorporates your 5 Senses. 💫
Hannah from Innerglow Guide will guide you through a 2hr Workshop that will include:

All you need is yourself, a yoga mat, water bottle and pen. Pillows optional (bolsters + pillows will be available). ✨
Tickets are non-refundable, but may be used as a credit or transferred to someone else if you can no longer attend. There will be a photographer present, if you would prefer to not be filmed/photographed please contact Hannah directly before the event.
