Our Self Care Sacred Sound Bath experience returns this month to ClubSport Renaissance in Aliso Viejo, CA!

A sound bath can be described as a musically meditative experience where a participant is immersed in a series of rich overtones and undertones that induce a deep relaxation experience. Looking at our own relationship with music, we already understand the impact that the songs we listen to have on our hearts and minds.

Through sound baths, we work with the foundations of music using notes, harmonics, frequency, and vibration to create a powerful meditative journey that helps bring greater clarity and awareness to our minds and hearts. Alongside this benefit is a chance to get in touch with our emotional bodies, the relationship we have with them, and how we can better understand the messages behind them. Aileen Sheron will be subbing for Kyle Lam during this event.

Once we’ve processed and integrated the overall experience, we can then begin to make more conscious decisions that benefit our overall well-being.

New to sound baths? Research has shown that novice meditators have a much more profound experience their first time than experienced meditators who practice regularly. Regardless of your level, our sound baths require nothing except for you to simply lay back, relax, and receive. Aileen Sheron will be subbing in for Kyle Lam and will be offering a myofascial release before her sound bath. Aileen brings over 20 years of expertise in Myofascial Release, a profound form of deep tissue self-massage. She was one of the first major conference presenters on the subject in 2003, and is a recognized expert in flexibility training. In this session, she will lead you through a comprehensive journey using just two tennis balls to unlock tension, reduce inflammation, and enhance muscle recovery. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, Aileen will empower you with invaluable techniques to heal your own body effectively, elevating your flexibility and overall well-being.

ClubSport does provide yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and bolsters available for you to use, so you do not need to bring your own.

Part of your entry to this sound bath includes use of ClubSport’s facilities including fitness areas, sauna, and steam room. Feel free to arrive early to enjoy these amenities.⁣
