Join Meegs for 2 hours of nourishment and connection.

Beginning with a 60 minute gentle Yin Yoga practice to unwind the body and calm the mind, followed by a delicious soothing 30 minute sauna session to melt away tension that will leave you feeling deeply restored.

Afterwards, enjoy some nourishing treats, herbal tea and time to chat and connect.

The most perfect end to your week.

After a few months of travel, I am so excited to be back sharing what I love to do again.

Can’t wait to see you there lovely ladies.
