🌿 Your Sunday Reset Starts Here
Give yourself the gift of pause.
This 2-hour Breathwork Journey is a gentle but powerful nervous system reset, a sacred Sunday space to exhale the noise, soften the edges, and return to yourself.
You’ll be guided through conscious connected breath, gentle somatic unwinding, and stillness practices that invite clarity, calm, and connection. Held by the sound of the ocean and the safety of a supportive group, this experience is like a moving meditation for your body, mind, and heart.
This is not about pushing. It’s about softening. Listening. Letting go.

Crave calm, presence, and clarity before the week ahead
Are carrying stress, fatigue, or emotional weight
