Self-Care Sundays

Your Sunday reset—breathe, release, reconnect and dream.

Join me live each Sunday at 3:30pm New Zealand time for a nurturing 30-minute blend of breathwork, meditation, journaling and sound.

Each session will be slightly different, giving you the opportunity to slow down, settle your nervous system and create space away from the busyness of everyday life.

Together, we’ll explore gentle practices to help you:

Relax your body and quieten your mind
Release stress and built-up emotions
Feel more present and connected with yourself
Make space for your dreams and desires
Welcome more peace, joy and possibility into your life

No previous experience is needed—simply arrive as you are. Bring a journal and pen, find somewhere comfortable and give yourself permission to pause.

This is your time to breathe, reconnect, dream and create.
