At my next Self-Care Workshop we shall be delving into the looking at "Who’s on your Team?".

Come along to beautiful rural Pullenvale at Temple Retreat for an afternoon of gentle guided yoga to restore your body and then relaxing with a small group of like-minded ladies to explore our self-care topic of "Self-Sabotaging Behaviour" on Saturday 7th November at 2 to 5:30pm to support you on the plan to a more fulfilling life. Refreshments included.
