Self Centred is a queer men's wellbeing offering that seeks to foster genuine connection to self and within our community.

This Good Friday, March 29, before (or between) the parties and sweet escapes, give yourself a opportunity to come back to home-base.

The 2 hour experience will be split into 2 parts:

You will be masterfully guided through a breathwork experience by Beyond Meditations
Followed by a workshop facilitated by Dan Brophy, designed to foster connection to self and community.

The intention is to set yourself up for the weekend - and the next chapter of life - by fostering a deeper, more meaningful connection with yourself and your community.
