"Talk to yourself the way you would talk to someone you love." If this isn't something you are doing and you find yourself constantly thinking negative or mean thoughts about yourself, it's time to stop. Give yourself a break and remember your worth. This course will teach you skills to build your confidence and increase your self esteem. This is a practical course that guarantees a safe and supportive environment.
