Join us at Brentwood Park Neighbourhood House these school holidays for our FREE Women & Kids aged 6+ Self Defence sessions, led by Affinity Muay Thai.

These fun and practical sessions are designed to help women and kids ages 6 + build confidence and learn useful self defence skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Women of all ages are welcome to attend on their own or bring their children aged 6+ along to take part too. No previous experience or fitness level is required.
