Self Defense Class

Join us for a Women’s Self Defense class alongside Professor Jed (@iwantkoohii) and Professor Matt (@i_jitsu) on Saturday, January 20th @ 1pm at Submission Art Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in collaboration with Marlene Feliz.

This is a FREE beginners women’s self defense class that’s open to the public. Come on by to learn, watch, or start a new journey!

Please bring a water bottle, towel for sweat, and shoes you can slip on and off.
