Cumberland Women's Health Centre have reached out to an organisation that can provide self defense lessons for women in our community at no expense to the participant. This program would be ran by women instructors and is suitable for all ages and abilities. We are looking for a maximum of 12 women who are eager to attend all sessions and can commit to this program. This is just an expression of interest so that we can understand how many participants would like to join this group. It would be hosted outside of the centre, so participants are responsible for their own transport- there are bus/light rail options for public transport.

Please only express your interest if you are willing to commit to the following dates:

Wednesdays 10am-11am

Week One May 7th, Week Two May 14th, Week Three May 21st, Week Four May 28th, Week Five June 4th, Week Six June 11th, Week Seven June 18th, Week Eight June 25th.
