Join us for a relaxed and empowering evening designed especially for women to connect, learn practical skills, and build confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

This Women’s Series session will focus on Self-Defence & Personal Safety, with Matt from our Martial Arts classes taking us through practical safety tips, awareness strategies and simple techniques that can help you feel more confident in everyday situations.

The session is designed to be approachable and supportive — you don’t need any previous experience or martial arts skills to take part. It’s an opportunity to learn, ask questions, have a go and build confidence in a welcoming environment.

Whether you’re looking to feel more confident in your surroundings, learn some practical self-defense skills, meet other women in the community, or simply enjoy a positive evening out, this session is for you.

We’ll also provide food, so you can come straight from work or home and settle in for an enjoyable and social evening.
