About this series of classes:

Bring your best to the world. If you meditate, this means learning to live from that meditative space - bringing that wisdom/bliss all the way through yourself and your life so you are living it.

Change the way you respond to the world.

Learn what gets you out of that nurturing state of mind, learn how to get back into that frame of mind. All of this in turn, enables you to follow you dreams, create the life you love and nurture your soul.

Self-development with a spiritual flavour (spirit, meaning to love, be gratitude, be in acceptance etc.). This works with physical mastery (are you enslaved to your urges, or are you in control of them?), emotional mastery (do you get swept up in the emotions of others? Do your emotions dictate how you respond to the world?), mental mastery (are you able to still your mind at will?). If you are not in full mastery of your physical, emotional and mental aspects, then this is a place where you could learn a bit.

Each week, we explore a different topic either through meditation or a discourse to get another perspective about something. Saying this, on the day these topics are subject to change based on what is required in the class.
