    Event description

Join us for Self Care Sunday, an event dedicated to celebrating and understanding our mind and body as women. Start your day surrounded by the other like-minded women in the Self community over a beautiful breakfast spread. Learn more about women's hormonal health (that we weren’t necessarily taught growing up!) and gain inspiration from two incredible women who empower their clients to feel their absolute best.
We'll dive into the impact of life's ups and downs, like stress and chronic illness, on our well-being. Learn the importance of understanding our cycles and letting go of the guilt and pressure we often put on ourselves as women. Our speakers will provide practical tips to incorporate self-care into our daily routines, share their experience as young women navigating this themselves and help us show up as our most amazing selves.
This event is a gentle reminder that self-care is not selfish, but an essential part of our lives as women.

    Introducing our speakers:

    Kirra Morrill

Bachelor qualified Naturopath (BHsc), Owner of Kirra Morrill Naturopathy, Mum & Sunny Coast local.

After practicing in various clinics between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, Kirra created Sunshine Coast Natural Health to use her experience and knowledge to treat complicated and long standing health concerns she sees people present with.

She has two sons, Ziah and Zavi who helped her discover her passion for hormones and children’s health, getting to know the journey of pregnancy, birth, motherhood and childhood herself - along with the challenges we face along the way.

‘To me, educating is the most important aspect of being a Naturopath- because to understand where health conditions stem from, can lead to longstanding improvements and empowerment through knowledge. This passion has allowed me to develop into a down-to-earth & efficient practitioner who focuses on getting to know a persons situation and lifestyle so that a treatment can be tailored to their needs, the best care possible.’

    Leanne Webber

    Business Coach & Mentor

Leanne Webber is a business coach who brings her unique perspective to the challenges of running a business. In 2017, she co-founded a software agency but a few years in, Leanne felt lonely AF so she created and grew The Founders Team - a membership, mastermind and events company for founders.

Despite battling health issues, Leanne maintained her commitment to supporting other business owners. Eventually the ‘always on’ demand of her business became too much to manage alongside multiple chronic illnesses and after 4.5 years, Leanne made the tough decision to close the business.

Now, Leanne coaches business owners struggling to balance life and work, helping them forge fulfilling, sustainable businesses that align personal boundaries with ambitious goals. She helps her clients shift to a more strategic, intentional approach to their work, enabling them to focus on growth, wellbeing, and their own versions of success.
