Connect with a room full of inspiring, like-minded women at the beautiful Havana Haus as we come together to celebrate all things self love! Join us for a beautiful morning tea (and mimosas!) where we will hear from Kobie Allison, senior psychologist and director of Modern Minds who will speak to self worth, challenging our inner critic and setting realistic expectations of ourselves.
Throughout life, we naturally go through events and phases that make us question our sense of self. For some, this happens when you become a mum, or experience heartbreak, for others it happens when you're not passionate about your job anymore or move to a new city.
This event is all about learning to love yourself in all of your phases and supporting you in coming back to yourself in any era of your life. When that sense of self wavers, changes, dims or returns - learn from Kobie at Modern Minds about how to care for yourself through those times.
Self events are for young women who are motivated to learn, grow, and surround themselves with others wanting to be their best self too!
