Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools for stress relief, emotional release, and clarity.

After most of 2024 in training becoming a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator training with Owaken Breathwork, deep self-embodiment of the work, and facilitating 1:1 and shorter group sessions, I am so pumped to host you in my first breathwork event for a heart-centred journey!

Breathwork can assist individuals in processing traumatic past experiences, resulting in an increase in wellbeing, confidence, inner clarity and emotional freedom. The breath can move the energetic or emotional blockages that get in the way of you fully expressing yourself and experiencing well-being in mind, body, and soul.

This event is for if you are ready to go deep into a breathwork journey using activation breathwork. This is not a relaxation style breathwork journey, activation breathwork is work & you may enter into an altered state of consciousness with the breath. Are you feeling the pull to come? You might not have a logical reason why, but intuitively it feels right.

Using trauma-informed breathwork, I want to hold a safe space for you, to assist with this, I will ask some personal questions in a written waiver. This will be to certify that you are of adequate physical, emotional, and mental health to participate in a breathwork session.

Please note:
There are some contraindications to activated breathwork, if any of the following applies to you an activated breathwork journey may not be suitable, however, we may be able to find an alternative in some cases, so please be in touch with me to discuss further before purchasing a ticket:
Pregnant or breastfeeding (newborn to 12 months), personal or family history of epilepsy, seizures, cardiovascular problems including angina or heart attacks, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or recent physical injuries, surgery or illness - particularly involving the brain, mouth, teeth, nose, throat, thyroid, immune system, lymphatic system, lungs, chest, ribs, spine, neck and/or reproductive organs.

A personal history of mental illness, personality disorders, hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis, suicidality, psychosis, drug or alcohol addiction.

Possible side effects may include dizziness, fainting, changes in body temperature, disorientation, tingling, carpopedal spasms, cramping, emotional breakthroughs, feeling physical, mental, energetic and/or emotional triggering and/or vulnerability.
