Self-Healing Women’s Circle with Yoga

Join us for a morning of deep nourishment and inner connection.

Together we’ll share ceremonial cacao, flow through gentle yoga with Ingrid, and be guided by both Lyn and Ingrid in grounding meditation practices. Through sacred journaling and heartfelt conversation, you’ll learn powerful tools to support your self-healing journey.
