Dealing with stress - How do I calm my inner voice when I am feeling fear?
Event description
In this 90 minute workshop we will look at what happens to our body when we have a stress response and practise strategies to alleviate the stress response. This will include, meditations, visualisations and journalling.
What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, pen and paper. Dress warm.
Your facilitator: Helen is an intuitive intelligence practitioner, Intuitive coach and registered nurse. In her private practise she offers her clients a spiritual, metaphysical and transpersonal perspective to aide them in self healing and empowerment.
