To a very special evening in the spirit of Healing & Connection.
SELF-HEALING YINSIDE OUT <3
An event to reconnect to self, so we can connect better with others and, together build & grow this community.
Rediscover the fact that you are you own best healer & guide.
We do this through Yin Yoga, Reiki, Pranayama and Cacao.
There will be some delicious homemade snacks to bond over at the end of the night as well..

Imagine a grounded slow, gentle restorative yoga to melt any tension & stress that might have built up in your body & mind.
Infused with beautiful Reiki energy for even deeper healing & relaxation.
To feel that little bit extra amazing before leaving this special evening, we will serve some delicious heart-opening & warming cacao, paired with some homemade yummy snacks, and with the opportunity to connect and share with each other
