This is a relaxed book club focused on people thinking about life, self-help, psychology, personal growth or people looking to understand themselves a little bit better.

We'll meet at the venue, grab a warm drink, and read a section of a self-help book together, and spend some time talking about what we thought.

You don't need to be huge into books, you don't need to speak if you don't want to and you don't need to have read the book before.

Why are we hosting this?:

Self-help is so much more fun when it's being discussed with friends. We're interested in creating a space for conversations that are a little deeper than typical small talk, without it turning into something overly serious.
