Exploring The Nature Of Self
Description
So much of life is spent living inside our thoughts about who we are—our stories, roles, identities, and the quiet pressure to “figure it out.” This gathering is an invitation to gently turn inward.
An exploration of our direct experience:
the felt sense of “I” or "Self" and how it forms
exploring thought, perception, knowing
how awareness relates to mind, emotion, and identity
what becomes available when we stop arguing with our experience
Each session begins with an intro to non-duality, followed with guided meditation, experiential inquiry, and space for reflection (sharing is always optional). You don’t need a background in meditation, or non-dual teachings—only the readiness/openness to look inward.
