You are cordially invited to join us for a blissful journey of self-discovery and rejuvenation at our upcoming Self-Love Sound Bath Meditative Experience. This special session is designed to nurture your inner spirit and promote profound relaxation through the healing vibrations of sound.

Each participant will be gifted a heart-shaped rose quartz, a crystal renowned for its ability to amplify feelings of love and compassion, making it a perfect companion for this transformative event.

Donation: While our sessions are free to attend, donations are deeply appreciated and help sustain these community gatherings. A suggested donation of $15-$25 ensures that we can continue to offer these enriching experiences to all who seek them. Donations are accepted the day of event or via our RSVP link.

• Affirmation Cards: Start with positive affirmations to set the tone for your self-care journey.
• Intention Setting: Establish a personal intention to guide your experience.
• Guided Meditation: Ease into a state of relaxation with a soothing guided meditation focused on self-love.
• Soundbath: Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and a variety of other instruments.
• Reflection & Closing: Conclude with a reflective session to internalize your experience, feel free to bring a journal & pen.
• Connection with like-minded individuals in a supportive community setting
