This will be a return to your true essence, to the current of life itself swirling in the depth of your being.
I will hold an intentional and loving space for you to authentically touch and express your ecstatic flow through somatic healing practices for you to feel at home in your body.
We will explore :

🌹 Amy Soulfire will be leading us through a potent sacred feminine body art ritual, where a deep sense of self-love will be activated through the practise of intuitive self-adornment, using frequency infused paint, symbolism and affirmations.
⫸ WEAR clothing you feel comfortable and sensual in. This is a space of free expression and nudity is welcomed.

Water bottle
Cushion and anything to make yourself a comfy nest
If desired, crystals or meaningful objects to charge on the altar
Journal + pen if writing feels supportive for you

♏ LAETITIA GIOVANNA - HOLISTIC SENSUAL WELLNESS
Laetitia is an intuitive temple style bodyworker & embodiment guide, weaving trauma-informed somatic practices with holistic sensual wellness. She has been studying and practising the holistic healing arts for over 7 years : Yoga Teacher trainings in India, Lomi Lomi and Ka Huna bodyworks, Vipassana meditation courses, embodied counselling, holistic sexual wellness and countless workshops on self-development. Her practice is very much integrated and heart-centred.
She is devoted to her personal transformation and her sensuality and to empower other women to do the same in unconditional love, reverence and authenticity.
She immerses herself in the Tantric Tao Arts, holistic Yoni & pelvic care, embodied movement, womb & feminine-centred Yoga and nature connections. Her regular practice assists her in cultivating her life-force, deepening her self-awareness and sensitivity to others while keeping her grounded and embodied.
