SELF~LOVE A R/EVOLUTION

The greatest war ever waged on humanity is the war we have with & within our own body. HoloSoma ~ whole body awakening.

Self~Love is somewhat elusive, we have many preconceived ideas of what love should look like & feel like.
Self~love is not saying nice things trying to convince yourself you are worthy of love "you already are that" We look at why we have forgotten & how we come to remembering our primary sense "wholeness" & emerging.
In this sitting of Self~Love we navigate the unknown terrain of our inner landscape we learn the language of our body, the language of feeling the world. Understanding what we feel gives voice to a deeper understanding of who we are & what we are need to thrive. We explore freeing ourself from the conditions of right & wrong emotions, we look at how each emotion has an energetic quality, purpose & specific movement.
What are sensations, what is emotion, what happens when we try not to feel & what happens when we feel too much.
What are primary & inhibitory emotions.
What lives beyond our emotional energy.
Body & Self are inseparable loving our body is one gateway to loving~self when we come back to our physical body with the medicine of Cacao, somatic therapy (body based therapy not requiring words) journalling & a guided meditation to feel into deeper states of love & self.

EVENT INFORMATION
WHAT - "Self~love A Revolution"
WHEN - Saturday 20th April 6.00pm - 9.00pm
WHERE - MindfulAF 3/333 Belgrave Gembrook Rd, Emerald.
COST - $45 pre booked prior to April 10th $55 after April 10th or until sold out.

SELF~LOVE TIMETABLE
6.00pm - Arrive, breath, settle. Please come on time as we will close the door at 6.15pm.
6.15pm - Somatic therapy (body and breath movements) to calm our whole system, to then begin a deeper and expansive communication between the language of feeling (felt in our body or trying not to feel) & the language of thinking with words.
6.40pm - Mapping the terrain of what is Self-Love. In this particular sitting learning the language of our emotional body, leaning to accept what we are feeling & integrate.
7.10pm - Cacao
7.30pm - Exploring our emotional body through movement, guided meditation.
8.00pm - Integration through journalling, sound, movement.
8.30pm - Witnessing & sharing.

Te-Awa Taputoro. Brings a wealth of experience and expertise in empowering women through her work. With a career spanning over 15 years in the health and fitness industry, Te-Awa is established & dedicated herself to supporting people in their journey of health & what it means to be well in the health & well being sector.
Te-Awa's vast knowledge extends to various disciplines, with a particular emphasis on yoga, somatic movement & certified trauma-informed yoga teacher, she possesses a unique skill set. Her passion for the sacred space we call "body" and its transformative power has been instrumental in guiding individuals towards improved health and inner balance.
