FREYA DAWSON:

Parenting, unschooling and spiritual mentor, Freya is passionate about spiritual evolution, unlearning old beliefs and joyful relationships. She has been leading regular events in the Wild Women of Wollongong Group since February 2023 and has been teaching and mentoring in spiritual development for over 15 years.

Freya was blessed with a strong connection to nature from a young age and had many experiences of merging into Oneness with lakes, the sea, desert and forest environments. She is dedicated to the spiritual awakening journey, adventure and discovery.

HELEN WALDEN:

Helen has been on a spiritual journey since the early 1990's.

From corporate businesswoman and national training manager to energy healer and mindset wellness coach, Helen's purpose is to teach and channel unconditional love so that every person can be their own best healer.
