Our unique method subtly combines sacred practices from ancient wisdoms, Somatic Psychotherapeutic practices and modern day neuroscience.

This retreat day brings you a holistic approach to rest, reflect and rejuvenate.

You will spend your day in a loving and safe like minded community. Being guided through meditation, breathwork, Intuitive EFT Tapping, journaled self enquiry, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Suitable for all levels of fitness and mobility.

Jemma works with the intersection of our mind, body and energy system to decondition ourselves from our restrictive experiences and beliefs, to a path of awakening to, and cultivating of, our true inner self and potential.

She has over 20 years experience in guiding people from all walks of life to self heal. Her extensive background and experience sees her seamlessly blending modalities in private coaching sessions and group work.

Drawing upon her training in movement for medicine, qi gong, yoga, EFT (tapping), Somatic Experience, Trauma Integration and Self Recovery, Classical Chinese medicine, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Meditation, Breathwork and sacred Daoist practices provide her with a unique set of powerfully effective tools.
