WELCOME TO THE SELF LOVE WOMEN'S RETREAT IN THE SUNSHINE COAST HINTERLAND!

This retreat is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, rejuvenate your spirit and have you loving on yourself so that you are inspired to show up as your higher self in your day to day life.

During this retreat, you will have the opportunity to explore various self love practices such as breathwork*, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, creative expression, and more. You will also be treated to nutritious meals, breathtaking views of the hinterland, staying at a secluded rainforest sanctuary, alive with native birdlife and wildlife. Bliss!

The sanctuary also has a sauna and icebath available, which you will have access to use as you please throughout your stay so that your mind and body leave feeling energised and refreshed!

You will be guided through various activities and a workshop designed to help you tap into your inner self, release stress, and nurture your mind, body, and soul.

Day 1: Friday, October 20th

Check in from 2pm but retreat starts at 5pm

Nature walk to waterfall and rainforest or time to yourself at the sanctuary

Throughout the retreat, you'll have opportunities to connect with like-minded women and make use of the facilities available at the sanctuary like the sauna and ice bath.

If you require transport to get to the retreat please let me know, this can be arranged. If you are looking at flying, you are best to get a flight to Brisbane. We can then arrange transport for you from there if required.

Accommodation:

Staying at a secluded rainforest sanctuary, alive with native birdlife and wildlife. This space is an eco friendly house on half an acre of dense rainforest. Not only are the surrounding lush, you will be sleeping in 400TC organic cotton sheets with Belgian flax linen bedding on a comfy bed, fit for a Queen!

There are 3 rooms available, which will be split into 2 single beds so you will be sharing the room with 1 other attendee. This retreat is limited to 6 attendees only.

The sanctuary also has a sauna and icebath available, which you will have access to use as you please throughout your stay so that your mind and body leave feeling energised and refreshed!
