In this 3 hour workshop we will look at self protection through a holistic lens.

Here's a few of the things we'll go through:

* Understanding and widening your window of tolerance

* The power of intellectual Humility

* Understanding your Spidey senses, and hopefully improving them!

* Improving Self defence skills that you already own

* Is it good for me, them and those around me

* Understanding muscular, fascial and skeletal strength

* The difference between your brain and your mind and why it matters

* Plus a wee bit more, probably a lot more actually : )

Yes, you will be hitting things, and pushing and pulling them, but you'll also hopefully leave with tools that can help you in many other parts of your life.

As with all of the workshops I run it will be fun, safe and allow you to learn at your own pace.

No experience needed and even if you do have decades of experience you will still learn things, useful things at that!
