In the seminar Yaelle and Danni will be speaking about:

- The Aware Parenting perspective on self regulated eating, including sugar, not using food as rewards, moving away from schedule eating, offering a variety of foods, relinquishing control & understanding where control patterns & listening to feelings come in

- Reflecting and understanding your own childhood imprint & story around food, and how this impacts what we do with our children

- How to support your child's natural desire, autonomy & choice for certain foods

- Creating rituals & routines in your home, that create a more peaceful mealtime experience

There will also be opportunities to ask questions throughout, and specific question time to ask us anything you like around these topic towards the end of the seminar. This is an amazing collaboration between Danni & Yaelle, and something you won't want to miss!
