May this intimate evening expedite a homely presence to explore the depths of self + play with the fabric of our being. The body is our home, our temple, our universe. To chart our inner blueprint we must first connect with the heart and summit the mind.

As we traverse the vast landscape of self, we use the breath and sound to unveil our limitations. Resonate and renovate. Our home awaits your hearts grand design.

What you can expect from the evening:

Welcome circle + intention setting
Gentle movement to awaken the body
Connection exercise
45 minute breathwork experience
Soundscape meditation
Expression circle

Yoga Mat
Blanket
Journal
Water Bottle
Loose Comfy Clothes
An open mind

The session will run for approximately 2-3 hours depending on the experience as each one is unique to itself.

One ticket will be available for a 'pay what you can' price to allow access for anyone that may be experiencing hardship or belongs to - or identifies with a marginalised or under-represented community
