Laura is a qualified Pilates instructor and the founder of Wild Pilates Online, a global studio designed to help you strengthen and reset from anywhere in the world. With an encouraging and down-to-earth approach, Laura brings real experience and a genuine passion for helping others feel their best through Pilates.

Mitchell’s In-house Naturopath & Head of Marketing, and 'Intrinsic Health Practitioner' of many modalities. Em’s clinical experience led her to dive deeper into movement practices that harness the mind-body connection, regulate the nervous system, and bring us into a felt-sense awareness of the body - in a busy-minded modern world. Em will be guiding you through a gentle, restorative Yin Yoga practice designed to deeply nourish and restore you on all levels - mind, body, and being.

Buster is a Musician, Dad, and Carpenter based on Waiheke Island. Weaving together folk and soul music, his sound cultivates a sense of calm, comfort, and inspiration. Through his music, we are reminded of our wilderness, humanness, and the interconnectedness of all things. His multi-instrumental soundscapes layered upon a Yin Yoga practice is a unique experience not to be missed.
