Selwyn - Rock Wrapping workshop

Reframe Wānanga workshops are for young people aged 13 -24 years who are interested in learning about creative things that support mental health and wellbeing or help get them through hard times.

Rock wrapping is a form of eco art therapy using materials from nature wrapped using simple techniques to create an object of beauty.

Wrapped rocks can feel special when held and can be used as a point of focus for quiet mindful contemplation or given as a special gift.
