Description
NEON: A Short Play Festival
6:00pm Arrival | 6:30pm Show
Twelve bold, 10-minute plays. One ELECTRIC night!
Across the Dell’Arte precinct, short works glow to life on four stages at once. Audiences rotate between venues guided by colour.
Every ten minutes, a new play.
While you’re caught up in one tale, another is unfolding just metres away... Awkward confessions, big characters, sharp twists and just enough neon-fuelled chaos to keep you on your toes.
No two audience journeys are exactly the same.
One night. Four stages. Thirteen plays.
Short. Bright. Brilliantly unpredictable.
The Goodwill Cafe will be open from 6:00pm where you can purchase beverages and snacks. Please note: no hot food available.
Once you arrive, please meet in the Kearney Forecourt.
Content Advisory
NEON is a festival of original 10-minute plays, many of which are comedic in tone. Some works, however, use humour and satire to explore mature themes including war, loss, grief, mental health and references to suicidal thoughts. Occasional mature language is also used.
