Large Group Training class created for Women over 50 years old, designed to improve overall Strength, Muscle and Heart Health. Expect Weights, Battle Ropes, Rowing Machines and bodyweight exercises. Modifications provided for all fitness levels. Leave feeling energized and connected with other Women in a friendly and supportive environment.
