Seniors Aqua Therapy 2026.2

Taught by our qualified physiotherapist, these low impact aqua therapy classes are designed for senior citizens.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a drink bottle, bathers/towel and arrive 15 min before the start time.

PLEASE NOTE: Spots for our Senior Aqua Therapy sessions are limited and in high demand. Please only book the sessions you can attend.

• You can book all your sessions in one booking (one person per booking).

• If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so your place can be offered to someone on the waitlist

• If you are a no-show for more than 2 classes without notice, your future bookings may be cancelled

A reminder email will be sent 2 days before each session.
