Seniors Beeswax Wrap Workshop
Event description
Join WMRC for this hands-on workshop where you'll learn how to make beeswax wraps and minimise your plastic use! 🍯 At this event, you will hear a waste talk from WMRC's Waste Education Officer and leave with your own beeswax wrap while feeling inspired to take action 🐝
This workshop is being held as part of Seniors Week, and residents aged 55 and over are especially encouraged to join. However, ticketing is open to community members of all ages.
Date: Friday, 14th November
Time: 10am - 11am
Location: Curtin Heritage Living, located at 40 Marine Parade, Cottesloe.
Parking: There is free on-site undercover parking, accessed via the main entrance.
Low-waste morning tea & snacks will be provided🍰

Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot make this event, please let us know in advance.
Member council tickets are available to residents from Claremont, Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Peppermint Grove & Subiaco. General admission tickets are available for Cambridge, Nedlands and residents from other councils. If the ticket cost is a barrier to coming to this event, please call on 9384 6711 and we are happy to assist.
