Seniors Festival 2026: Housing Rights for Older Renters
Castlemaine Community House
Castlemaine VIC, Australia
Description
Join ARC Justice housing advocates for a practical and informative session about renters’ rights and protections. Understanding your rights can help you feel more confident, know what to expect from your rental provider, and advocate for better outcomes.
Our experienced housing advocates will cover minimum rental standards, urgent and non-urgent repairs, rental increases, notice periods and other important protections under Victorian tenancy law. Come along to build your knowledge, ask questions, and learn where to go for support if issues arise.
