Seniors Festival: Planning Ahead and Dealing with Wills

Gary from Seniors Rights Victoria is returning to Castlemaine Seniors Festival to discuss the importance for all people to have the necessary paperwork in place to plan ahead, this includes Enduring Power of Attorney, Advanced Care Directives and Medical Treatment Decisionmakers. Â
Afterwards, Leah and Holly from the Loddon Campaspe Community Legal Centre will talk all about wills. They'll provide tips and strategies on how to prepare a will and cover questions such as what are the things you need to think and how do you prepare for a visit to a lawyer?
