๐ŸŒŸ Attention all seniors! ๐ŸŒŸ Looking to stay active, improve balance and flexibility, and have fun while doing it? Peak Physio's strength and balance exercise classes are designed specifically for โ€˜over 60sโ€™ clients who want to stay strong, active and mobile. The classes are fun, but challenging, and suitable for all levels of physical fitness. These exercise programs are carefully designed by a physiotherapist to ensure they're safe and effective for all participants. Join us on level 1 Marketown East for an introduction to these strength classes at Peak-Physio.
