๐ Attention all seniors! ๐ Looking to stay active, improve balance and flexibility, and have fun while doing it? Peak Physio's strength and balance exercise classes are designed specifically for โover 60sโ clients who want to stay strong, active and mobile. The classes are fun, but challenging, and suitable for all levels of physical fitness. These exercise programs are carefully designed by a physiotherapist to ensure they're safe and effective for all participants.
