Join one of our Multicultural Advisory Group members for some movement and relaxation!
Enjoy 30 minutes of low-impact Zumba Gold followed by 30 minutes of gentle, restorative meditation.
Everybody is welcome to attend! Please bring a towel, yoga mat and water bottle.
The session is provided free, thanks to the City of Armadale Multicultural Advisory Group and registrations are essential.
