Event description

Join me for an afternoon of exploration and deep listening to the felt sensations of the body, supported by sacred sound and a shamanic drum journey.
This will be a safe space for emotional processing and nervous system healing utilising sound, breath, the voice, presence practices and the energy of the group.
Instruments may include voice, drums, singing bowls, wind gong, didge, handpan, various percussion, flutes and guitar.

The venue; is the Bli Bli Old Church, on Willis Rd, a gorgeous, intimate space, so numbers are limited to 12.

The facilitator: Michael has been a professional musician, composer and sound engineer for over 30 years and began working with sound as a healing modality in 2012, after his own issues with adrenal fatigue and nervous system burnout. Since then, he has studied sound with the Academy of Sound Healing (Practitioner Diploma), and the sound healing work of Dr. Jeffrey Thompson, David Gibson, Jonathon Goldman, John Beaulieu and Eileen Day-McKusick.
