This is a bi-monthly program, connecting you to the local daily and seasonal cycles, acting as a map for understanding patterns in life and our deeper relationship with the more than human world. Ensure to carve out some time for you to experience an afternoon of calm and restorative practices and return to the world recharged and truly rested.

You will need: Comfortable clothes suitable for walking and the season, hat, closed toe shoes, rain coat/umbrella, water bottle and mosquito repellent. A small back pack to keep your hands free is recommended. During the cooler months please rug up and bring a blanket or additional layer for the sound healing practice.

Weather: As this event takes place outdoors, we may have to postpone or cancel due to extreme heat or heavy rain. If this occurs, refunds will be available.

Access:

Toilets are available to use in the car park, prior to the walk.
Distance travelled is under 2 km in 3.5 hours.
There are opportunities to pause, sit & rest.
The trail is flat earth with gentle slopes & some off trail grass
Seating is generally at ground level.
Please bring a light camp chair if you are uncomfortable sitting on the ground.
There is no requirement to talk or share during this guided event.
Refreshments are vegan and gluten free.
