Sensō Wellness X Bloom Frequency

Sensō Sound Bath - a space to reset, rebalance and nurture your nervous system

As the weekend draws to a close, gift yourself an hour to slow down, exhale, and reconnect before stepping into a new week.

Join Laura from Bloom Frequency for a deeply restorative Sound Bath experience using crystal singing bowls and other instruments.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you simply lie back and receive. The gentle frequencies of the crystal bowls can help quiet a busy mind, release tension held in the body, and support your nervous system in shifting into a more balanced and relaxed state.

Whether you've had a full and busy week or simply need a moment to reconnect with yourself, this is an opportunity to pause, exhale, and begin the week ahead feeling more centred, grounded and aligned.

Yoga mat (some spare mats available)
