Terms & Conditions – Awaken Your Sensual Alchemy Event

By purchasing a ticket and attending Awaken Your Sensual Alchemy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Participation & Voluntary Engagement

Participation in breathwork, movement, and meditation practices during this event is entirely voluntary. You agree to take full responsibility for your well-being and acknowledge that you can pause or step out at any time if needed. The facilitator will provide guidance, but your participation is at your discretion.

2. Health & Medical Considerations

If you have any medical conditions—including but not limited to heart or respiratory conditions, anxiety, PTSD, epilepsy, or if you are pregnant—it is recommended that you consult your healthcare provider before engaging in any breathwork or movement practices. The event organizers and facilitator are not responsible for any medical issues arising from participation.

3. Emotional Awareness & Personal Responsibility

Breathwork and movement may release stored emotions and promote deep healing. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own emotional well-being during and after the event. If at any time you feel discomfort, you may step out, take a break, or seek support from the facilitator.

4. Dietary Considerations & Allergies

Ceremonial cacao will be offered as part of the event experience. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform the facilitators in advance.

5. Respect & Safe Space Policy

This event is a women-only space designed to foster connection and empowerment. All participants are expected to respect each other’s boundaries and experiences. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge and accept that participation involves inherent risks. You release and hold harmless The Alchemist Carer, its facilitator, and all event organizers from any liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation, including but not limited to physical, emotional, or mental effects during or after the session.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except in cases where the event is canceled by the organiser. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible participant with prior notification.

8. Emergency Contact & Pre-Event Communication
