ABOUT LISA ROSE:
Seven years ago, following feeling disconnected and numb as a new mother, I attended a weekend workshop with Holly with some friends. I had no idea what I was getting myself into at the time. Yet, this profound dance changed my awareness and love for my body – and that changed my life forever.
My SED practice continues to help me remain grounded in my physical body and in tune with my emotional state. I am my true self. Devoted. Magnetic, Juicy. 
I’m super excited to now guide women, mothers and lovers who have lost that deep connection with self through the amazing self-connecting journey of Sensual Embodied Dance®

WHAT IS SED:
Sensual Embodied Dance is a wonderfully crafted combination of movement practices created by Holly Wodetzki. These dance and movement practices are designed specifically to unwind tension patterns in the body, generate flow and awaken the senses. Inviting women to experience a profound, often life-changing, connection to themselves and their body.

*As a woman we can get so wrapped up in our service to others, that we forget to invest & partake in experiences that keep ascending who we are! The concept of SED was very foreign to me, and I had never taken part in anything like it before, and so there was naturally some apprehension (and excitement) about "dancing" around a room with a bunch of other women I didn't know. But, the way that the class is facilitated and the depth of connection you discover with the other women and within yourself is by far worth the initial awkwardness! If you're looking for a sense of freedom, expansion and greater sense of self, then I highly recommend you experience one of these sessions!"
