When was the last time you nourished your soul and moved your body simply for the JOY of it?
Do you desire to move in a way that brings your body online and truly alive?

Jackie and Courtney are delighted to be guiding an embodied dance practice designed specifically for women to unwind tension in the body, generate flow and awaken the senses. Feel nourished and energised through fun and intimate practices that invoke devotion, sensuality and joy.

There is absolutely no dance experience required, just comfy clothes and a willingness to try something new while connection with other women.

We won’t be bouncing around the room for three solid hours, if you’re concerned that’s too full on (we hear you). There will be lots of little breaks on the journey which includes a warm-up, group exercises, free dancing and a nourishing relaxation to conclude to allow for integration.

ALL of YOU is welcome in this SAFE container for all authentic expression.

About us...
After exploring SED at retreats and workshops led by SED Founder, Holly Wodetzki, for over 7 years, Courtney and Jackie both felt inspired to complete their SED Facilitator Training with Holly and now offer workshops both separately and together.

Jackie’s first experience of Sensual Embodied Dance (SED) some 7 years ago was a melting pot of acceptance, understanding, connection and deep contentment. So touched by this potent experience, she completed Holly Wodetzki's Facilitator Training (creator of SED) and now shares the same potential for women to explore themselves unfiltered, raw, messy, truthful and utterly beautiful. Jackie’s particular flavour is slow, sensual and grounded, offering an invitation for your own unique essence and sensuality to flow through movement.

Courtney was initially drawn to SED with a yearning to get back to her roots (she studied dance in her youth) and out of her head after corporate burnout. Since then, this unique, powerful methodology has consistently helped her come back “home” to her joyful self and reset her nervous system, especially during the transition from Maiden to Mother. Courtney’s playful nature is contagious and she deeply desires to support women by expressing themselves authentically through both movement and stillness, so they may dance through everyday life with more presence and pleasure.

About S.E.D.

Sensual Embodied Dance™️ is a wonderfully crafted combination of movement practices that are designed specifically to assist us in surrendering into each moment, feeling what needs to be felt and tapping into our body wisdom. This methodology invites women to experience a profound, often life-changing, connection to themselves and their bodies. The format includes a fluid guided warm-up, some fun dance moves, group embodiment exercises, free dancing and a nourishing relaxation at the end.
