Byron Bay Sensual Embodied Dance® Session

When was the last time you nourished your soul and moved your body simply for the JOY of it?

You're invited to experience a full 3hr Sensual Embodied Dance® journey with us, designed especially for women.

This unique 6-step methodology supports you to cultivate an intimate relationship with your body and the aliveness that is continually flowing through it, via movement practices.

We won’t be bouncing around the room for three solid hours, if you’re concerned that’s too full on (we hear you). There will be lots of little breaks on the journey which includes a warm up, playful group exercises, free dancing and a nourishing relaxation to conclude.

No previous dance experience or sexy lingerie is required. Simply come as you are. And know that all of YOU is welcome in this safe container for all authentic expression.

Jackie and Lisa are delighted to be offering up this supportive space for you to come and play, explore, and express yourself authentically.

ABOUT JACKIE:
My first experience of SED some 7 years ago was a melting pot of acceptance, understanding, connection and deep contentment. So touched by this potent experience, I completed Holly Wodetzki's Facilitator Training (creator of SED) and now share the same potential for women to explore themselves unfiltered, raw, messy, truthful and utterly beautiful. My particular flavour is slow, sensual and grounded, offering an invitation for your own unique essence and sensuality to flow through movement.

ABOUT LISA ROSE:
Seven years ago, following feeling disconnected and numb as a new mother, I attended a weekend workshop with Holly with some friends. I had no idea what I was getting myself into at the time. Yet, this profound dance changed my awareness and love for my body – and that changed my life forever.
My SED practice continues to help me remain grounded in my physical body and in tune with my emotional state. I am my true self. Devoted. Magnetic, Juicy.

WHAT IS SED:
Sensual Embodied Dance is a wonderfully crafted combination of movement practices created by Holly Wotdetzki. These dance and movement practices are designed specifically to unwind tension patterns in the body, generate flow and awaken the senses. Inviting women to experience a profound, often life-changing, connection to themselves and their body.
